Happy Thanksgiving !!

Sometimes people come through when we most need it! I thought I'd have to skip turkey dinner today since I was in the middle of a stretch of nights-- and sleep seemed more important. Enter Chef Eric-- and WOW. We REALLY had a thanksgiving feast. Every single dish was beautiful, delicious, and just right. He made stuffed turkey, garlic mashed spuds, wild rice (a la Helene) gravy, veggies with cheddar sauce, fruit salad (also a la Helene) dinner rolls and pumpkin pie. We lacked nothing, and it did not feel like a recession tonite. We are thankful for our food, our health, our families, and our American lifestyle. We pray for those who are not as blessed.... esp the hungry, the poor, and those fighting wars. Love to all. Noanie
