It is a bright white day in Dakotaland. Though we had some snow in October, there was none in November. I didn't miss the chill or the shovelling-- but today I am reminded how much light is reflected by the snow, especially when days get short and a bit dreary. It is pretty, it sparkles, and I haven't yet picked up a shovel.
Knitting has been mostly small items to give as Christmas gifts. I have made several of these little makeup-toiletry bags before, but I am trying to turn out a half dozen or so to carry gift cards, or maybe lotion and chapstick, to some of my important people. They only take a couple hours to make and I am using up some leftover yarn from past projects.
Hope you are all enjoying Advent and getting ready for Christmas. Do slow down and smell the apple cider.. Love to all, Noanie
