The End of September
It is Sunday night, the end of the weekend and the end of September... I've been to two movies in 4 nights, which is some kind of record. "Burn after Reading" with Karlee which was a funny who's who which featured a lot of "F" words (and George Clooney to keep you distracted.) Then Lynette and I went to "Nights in Radanthe" a Nicholas Sparks tearjerker with Richard Gere. Sometimes I think we need a good cry just to wash away those "things I cannot change."Andy, Eric and Andre all came to church with me this AM which made it a very nice day. It was a crisp, sunny September day. The leaves are just getting orange and there are a million chirping insects.
On the knittin
g front, I am working on two rather large projects so they aren't getting finished as quickly as my much smaller baby sweaters. One of the ER docs has promised a picture of his 18 mo old daughter in a Noanie Knit... so maybe next week, I'll have a really cute pix to post. In the meantime, here are progress pix of the Finley sweater (I am working on the 2nd sleeve) and the yellow heart blanket (about half done.) Have a great week-- enjoy the fall colors. Wednesday begins my favorite month which has the best colors, an important anniversary and a couple special birthdays. Love to all, Noanie
