Dimples and Daschounds

I really can't resist posting one more picture of my little Lucas. He is such a smiley guy-- he always makes me laugh. I will get to see him in 2 weeks at Nicole's graduation, where he will also meet his great grandpa Fred for the first time. That will be a photo op for sure-- maybe even a Christmas card opportunity.

I have been working on a little sweater with Plymouth Kodu, a tweedy, self striping
yarn in black, brown, teal, wine, and gray. If I were to do it again- I would make the back and the two fronts all in one piece so the stripes would match across. I
will make the button bands black-- hopefully that will pull it together.

If you see Eric, ask him about his new long haired daschound puppy. It is 4 weeks old, with brown feet and a brown face but otherwise black. Andre and Noanie mom also think he is a very special, though he is as yet un-named. I will have to post his picture and make him a VIP.

Eric and John are both hunting geese this weekend. I may end up consulting the green cookbook for instructions. It is beautiful but windy in the Capitol city. Hope you are enjoying the first May weekend. XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO Noanie
