Happy Saturday to all in Blogland. It is warm and balmy here in North Dakota. Andre was here for 2 days and a sleepover, so I am now quite satisfied to relax in the air conditioning. This afternoon, we went to JC Penney's to have his 4 yr BD picture taken. I was so impressed. I had him in jeans and a red shirt-- and my favorite pose is on a very realistic little red motorcycle. Now we wait for 10 days for the finished prints. Went to Barnes and Noble to buy a book afterward. He chose a Thomas the Train story with a Naughty Diesel. No surprises there either.
Here is the little heather sweater I began some time ago. I did not like how the fronts did NOT match up on the cardigan, so I ripped it out and remade it as a pull-on. I do like this better, and I put in a little placket so it should be easy to get over a small head. Tonite, I intend to work on "unfinished" projects as there are several just napping while awaiting finishing touches.
I will close with a picture of a green bell pepper and a banana pepper basking side by side in the sun. All this rain has been good for something. The bushes all need haircuts-- maybe on a cooler day. Now off to get some iced tea before we lose sight of summer. XOXOXOXOXO Noanie
