Here is a picture of two of my favorite guys; my son and grandson taking swimming lessons! Lucas is learning to float, kick, and blow bubbles, and he appears to love it. For being not quite 8 months old, I think he has mastered a lot. He is bringing his parents to Osakis next week to see his Grandma Noanie, meet his Great-Grandpa Fred and do some skiing.
It was Nicole's birthday this week. She is a very young 25 yrs old. There are so many August birthdays in the extended family that the MSP clan actually has one party for the whole group. I saw some pictures-- and they all look like youthful models.
School starts this week and next week at all Bismarck schools and universities. Eric is registered to start his 2nd year at BSU next week. He is my only one in school-- at least until Andre and Lucas get there.
Also talked to Lucas and Marty via web-cam (Skypes) this week. What a blast. I could actually hear Lucas talk. I highly recommend a web-cam to all grandparents who live far from their babes.
