My space for showing off a little-- my knitting, my flowers, photography and always, my family. Please comment as you like-- or send me YOUR picture with anything I've sewn or knit over the years-- and I will post it on my site. Noanie

Sorry it has taken so long to return to the mystery crochet project. I was hoping for a photo of Shaggy modelling the finished costume but he hasn't come to see his Grandma for quite a while. Here it is anyway.(Modelled by the dictionary) It is a Hotdog! Perfect costume for a small feisty dachshund I think... and the stitching doesn't look too shabby for someone who crochets very rarely. :-)
This is one of those lazy weekend projects that doesn't require much thinking. It is a "Jester" hat which I plan to send to Lucas. This one is red and green twisted yarn-- cute for Christmas or a chilly October day. I am hoping it will fit as he does have a sort of big head ! These little hats are popular in Bismarck right now, so I am hoping Chicagoans will like them as well.
It has been quite chilly in Bismarck for October. We've had snow several times, and lots of windy rainy days. It is a wonderful Birthday month tho-- carrot cake with cinnamon ice cream-- hot cider-- new mittens. Hugs are great for keeping warm-- so share one with someone special today. Hugs to all my friends in blogland. Noanie
