This is really cool. This new yarn made by Caron is 100% post consumer recycled plastic bottles. It was $3.25 for a full size skein. That makes it a little more than Red Heart and other inexpensive yarns, but very reasonable for most projects. It is quite soft and knits up with a clear stitch definition and a "cottony" feel. This weekend, I am headed for Chicago and the baptism of my grandson, Lucas. I haven't seen him (in person) since New Years weekend. Two months for a new baby can be lots of change. I am very excited and will hopefully be able to post a report next week.
